Push techniques can be defined as the techniques when you “push” your information in front of relevant customers such as emailing them with information about your product and service .With this people get information whether they want it or not.
Pull techniques can be defined as the techniques when people find you and “pull” information from you. A website of your business is an example of a pull strategy where people only visit it when they want some information of your products or brands.
